Entretien
First you meet with the Human Resource Person. They have already reviewed your resume and made appointments throughout the day with 4 department heads. Each Department Head has a sheet to record your 1) Fitness for the position, ability to do the job, 2) Personality match to corporation, 3) Strengths and 4) Weaknesses.
Afterward all the individual interviews you meet with the Human Resources for an exit interview.

Entretien
The hiring and interviewing process was long and drawn out but my recruiter kept me well informed every step of the way. I had 3 phone interviews and was brought in house for my final round of interviews. While in house or at the corporate offices in Connecticut I was interviewed by 4 different people and had one group interview, The team preforming the interviews were very professional, knowlegdable and did their best to make everyone feel very comfortable and at ease.
