Process involved one phone interview, no in person interviews were done. I was asked mainly position specific questions and about my general background in the medical industry, no technical problems or skills testing.

I met with the Regional Manager and current sales rep at a local coffee shop. they spent more time "name dropping" and asking me who I knew at current hospitals that I work with vs. ask questions about myself. I was asked many situational question.... Tell me about a time, difficult situations, difficult customers

Entretien
The initial phone interview was not scheduled. The manager called and started asking me questions. He did refer me to the panel face to face. It lasted about 45 minutes and consisted of situational questions. HR overview followed and then flew home. Waited almost 3 weeks to hear a rejection.
