It was a pretty simple interview process. There was a screening call with the recruiter and then that was followed by a virtual interview with a Supervisor and a project day that had you practice a day in the life of a case manager. Received an offer 2 weekish later.

Entretien
The first interview consisted of about a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. I was told that I should hear back within the week and I heard back the next day that I was selected to move forward to the project day. The project day was then scheduled 2 days later and took about 2 hours in total. The first hour was a video interview with the pod lead and the second hour was a little more hands-on and roleplaying the normal daily tasks with a current case manager. Everyone that I have spoken to throughout this process was extremely nice and helpful. Once the project day was finished, I was told that I should hear back in a week or less either way if I were to get an offer or not. I waited anxiously the entirety of the following week and did not hear anything, so I emailed the recruiter politely asking if any decisions were made. I have waited 5 days and the recruiter still has never even replied to my email which is a little frustrating especially when I was told that I should be notified of the decision either way originally. So, at this point, I am assuming that I was not selected to move forward in the hiring process.
