Started off with a phone interview, which was much more professional than the actual in personal interview. Asked a lot of typical interview questions that were pretty basic. Got an email to come in for an in person interview. Was very unprofessional - the people at the front desk didn't know who exactly I was even there to see. They took me back to a room the size of a closet to take an analytical test and someone's dirty lunch plate was on the ground in the room, which was absolutely disgusting. After my test, I waited for someone to come grab me to take me into an actual office for an interview - but they ended up coming in and interviewing me in the closet type room. This is where things got even more unprofessional - the man sat down and the first thing he said was "sorry I haven't even looked at your resume yet, so give me a minute here." - Even more unprofessional, as I had drove 2 hours up for this interview and he had not even taken the time to review my resume beforehand. He talked to me for about 20 minutes and then sent me on my way. I would not reccomend wasting your time to interview with this company.

You have a phone interview, and then move onto a typical interview with a manager who asks the basic interview questions, if you do well you move onto a project day. You are give time to study and then you do a mock call to get a feel for what the AC role entails
