I took part in 6 interviews. Calls to different regions for different departments. Presentation twice. Meeting c-suite leaders. Most done online very early or very late. Strung along for quite a long time and in the end they canned the job and it was a waste of time and energy I could have devoted to family and other things.

How have you worked as a leader?
Very straightforward until meeting with the recruiter. They didn't know details about the role and it ended up changing locations after initially being fully remote. The company LinkedIn had some questionable comments on it saying the company was a scam, so wasn't sure what to expect.
