7+ hour interview. 2 hours in was told everyone works 9 AM-10PM on regular basis. Recruiter did not mention this?!

Write a full application, console/file processing, configurable on delimeter, and validation of file columns, and process to an XML file output. Also was asked how far my commute was and whether I had children I need to get home to.
