I applied online, then I had a 10-minute screening call with HR from Covenant House, then an in-person interview with the managers of the specific location that I wanted to work for
I was interviewed by two people, and did an additional interview with 2 people. It was thorough and applicable to the work that will be done in this job position.

Entretien
Was given the wrong address in my interview letter. When I called, they gave me another address about a mile away.
Was told that they like to schedule the first and second interviews during the same week.
I received an invitation to attend a second interview about a month and a half later.
Informed them that based on my experience, I was no longer interested.
