The process began with extensive writing of Christian belief system, and philosophy of teaching. The Interview lasted two days of intense interviews by various departments, as well as me directing a choral rehearsal. They have an esoteric requirement of integrating one's faith into the teaching/subject ... which many faculty still do not understand how to apply ... but most have satisfied the demands of the administration.
