I applied online via their website. The recruiter contacted me to discuss my CV and then asked about availability dates to commence with face to face interview and completing a psychometric test. Then once completing had a face to face interview with 2 recruiters.

I had a really disappointing experience with them.After going through the interview process and spending time preparing and engaging with their team, I was completely ghosted — no updates, no feedback, not even a rejection message.
It’s extremely unprofessional to leave candidates hanging, especially after they’ve taken time and effort to show interest in the role. A simple follow-up or closure email would’ve shown basic respect.
Based on this experience, I’d be cautious about how the company values people’s time and communication. If this is how they handle candidates, it makes me question what it’s like to work there.

Friendly interview with competency based questions, found it to be quite generic. however the interviewer put me at ease as i was nervous. heard back from the company in a few days via phone call. then was offered contract of employment shortly after. nice place to work, if you enjoy customer service based roles.
