Everything was done remotely. Recruiter was pretty helpful. There was a couple of phases but very straightforward tbh. After all the stages were done I got an offer and accepted.
After passing some language and aptitude tests, an interview via Zoom was scheduled. I'd say the interview can/should ideally last from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with an average of 5 questions, some regarding ourselves, the company in general, and also the role.

I was asked to give examples of times I had and managed a conflict/miscommunication at work, dealt with complex tasks, and displayed self-awareness.

You have to follow each step exactly as they tell you, sometimes you get confusing information, but overall good experience, they are good doing interviews. It took about 2 weeks
