I applied online and received a response within two weeks. The process began with an HR screening interview, where my experiences and expectations were discussed. For the first interview with the hiring manager, the HR team initially requested a time change a day before the interview, but I declined. As a result, the interview duration was reduced from one hour to 30 minutes, which was less than ideal. During the interview, the hiring manager was kind, but the questions were unclear, and the shortened time limited the opportunity for clarification and a more in-depth conversation. Nevertheless, I recognized the interviewer's expertise and knowledge in their field.
