They are using an online skill course called interview mocha. The coding part of the platform combined with the coding questions were quite irritating. The question asked to read input from a file, which doesn't really work in web shell. They do give you a textbox to enter input but they don't really specify how this works in the coding shell. By the time I figured it out ~10mintues, my time for the quiz was basically half gone making it not worth my time to continue. Additionally this role was for a mobile position, and there were multiple questions regarding Appium but it was quite apparent the person who wrote the test was not very proficient at the framework as there were many questions that were blatantly wrong. It seems the test maker was using more platform specific tests instead of using Appium the way its meant to be.

1st round 40 mins quant and aptitude round even though I was 8+ years experienced professional (didn't expect this) 2nd round 20 mins behavioral round (god knows what they wanted to test) 3rd round - Online coding round. It was pretty easy, 3 questions 60 mins. 4th round Manager round (shocked by their approach, how manager came in to interview 1st technical round). It went well 5th round was Technical interview - Python coding, API's etc... were asked 6th round one more Technical interview - Python coding, Framework development architecture etc... were asked I answered everything well and I proceeded to next round which was Director round 7th round Director round. It was complete out of box discussion and no way related to job description and responsibilities. Neither it was related to something in my resume. As soon as the clock ticked end time, he disconnected saying we have reached our time limit. That is it... no goodbye or no proper ending... I felt like he wanted to play for an hour or do some 1hr time pass with candidate.(This happened at night 9.30 to 10.30) Immediately next day morning I saw a mail saying that we are not going forward with you. I was shocked... after 7 rounds of interview... without proper feedback or discussion they just deserted me. That was very bad from their side.
