They asked the entire CRM process followed in India specifically Pune. Rera applicability, process to register for RERA etc and asked me to draw a flowchart for CRm process & RERA application process for their reference. Overall the interview was very satisfactory. 2 days later i received call from HR asking for salary slip, joining letter & other identity documents for further process. That was the last I heard from this company. I feel like they interviewed people just to acquire knowledge about the processes in market. on enquiry 3 weeks later, the Mumbai HR meekly replied all positions are freezed.
