I applied to the role directly on their website in February. Instead of HR, the hiring manager responded directly to me. He sent through a link to schedule a 30 min interview with him. The day of the interview, he asked to reschedule to a different time, which we did easily. A recruiting manager reached out to me to set up a panel interview. I've talked to 4 people within 2-3 days. After the panel interview, I reached out to the recruiting manager after a week for an update. No response. Another week passes, I reached out again. No response. The overall interview process was fine, however being ghosted after your interviews is extremely unprofessional. I do not understand why companies do this. At least have the decency to let the candidate know.
