Went in for Interview, was the 3rd person waiting on the bench. First and second guy were interviewed, done, and had arranged an appointment for 3rd interview. Then it was my turn, no manager for the dual interview. Then finally she came to do the interview. Sat down, interviewer guy asked a couple questions. Then manager steps up, leaves, and the interview was over.

You go in, sit down with a manager and supervised and they basically just ask you a couple of questions relating to how you handled certain situations in the past.

Good vibe. It seems like the employees like working there. I came to interview because of their reputation of how they treat employees. Looks very fast paced because of the amount of customers the store has.

You have to go through Two interviews and you have the job! Process was very easy! They like to see that you are well dressed and friendly and will take care of the member.
