Two interviewers in a semi-formal room and they go through the usual interview questions. It took about 30 minutes to finish. They requested the references on the spot. Bring a copy of your resume and references.
The interview process includes typical retail experience questions, scenario-based questions and answers. It is dependent on the warehouse, but it typically involves the candidate and the department manager. Overall, fairly simple process

Easy. Straightforward. Just like any other company. Asked a few questions about your job history and how you work with others. Then told me I should hear back in a couple days.

It was relatively easy. Just asked basic questions about experience. Most of the harder questions came from questions asking about customer service. Just remember they aren't customers, but members. They offer little training, so once you start you kind of are thrown in there, and it gets super busy. A little intimidting.
