The interview process was very thorough. You are greeted and met with two managers from the store. They perform a two manger interview. Then, the ask about 10 questions that are scenario based. It was extremely comfortable and had a great experience!

I got a phone screening interview to gauge my interest in the job and to confirm my experiences.
At the actual interview, it was with the department manager and another supervisor. They asked about my experiences, why I want to work there, and several behavior related questions.

No comment. Each whare house is so different from how the other is ran. It's difficult to prepare for the interview. Just bring credentials and dress to impress. It's best to ask alotbof questions.
