Must apply on-line. Interview one - with deli manager and a senior manager. Basic questions. Interview two - with asst. store manager who seemed to be on auto pilot. Not that interested as if he'd say okay since the deli manager already did.

Nothing difficult. Basic. In the first interview I was asked how I saw my position and my answer: as a problem solver. The managers loved that answer and told me they never thought of it that way ... but that really was what we all were doing: solving problems for our customers.

Very straight forward, had interview with a two supervisors. Asked like 6-7 questions about work experience and customer service questions. After first interview, there is a second interview with a manager and supervisor.

Did application online for new store in new Berlin. Got a call back the next day for an interview. Very easy interview. Basic interview questions. Dress casual but also look very nice and be outgoing and always smile. Got the job took the drug test the very same day got a call two weeks later for oreantation

Entretien
Got a call, came in for 2 interviews, first with the department manager, he had another person listening in as well. The interview took place in the lunch room with people sitting around and that was awkward. Then with a warehouse manager. got offered the job basically on the spot.
