Entretien
First you go online and complete the appliction and a short little test. Which most Costcos have thousands of applicants so most likely they wont pull you app unless you make yourself standout. Go down to the store and talk to the manager on duty and tey will take down your name and pull your application. Then you have a first interview a 2 on 1 with 2 department managers. If they like you your application gets passed along to the store manager and eiter store manger or one of the assistants will interview you and if they like you they will hire you on the spot and drug test. When you passs that you also must pass background check once all is good your on your way to orienation!

Entretien
They ask you a handful of questions about yourself, your prior experience and about certain situational scenarios and how you'd react. It's around a 10 to 15 minute interview, and sometimes there will be a second interview with another manager asking specifics. Overall not too bad.

Entretien
You will need to do 2 screenings, with different managers. They will sit down with you and you will talk for around an hour but time passes quickly. Interviews are simple, managers are just trying to get to know you.

It was relatively easy, I had two interviews - one with a regular manager then the next with the GM. They asked thought provoking questions to figure out how I would do in the Costco environment.
