Interview process was really good and well structured. 2 stage interview process both interviews was with different people, I got an offer within 2 weeks and accepted the offer. Costain keep you updated on the the process of your contract and what stage it is at.

very thorough process first interview very competency based. Construction experience not necessary more how you deal with situations and the people. The second interview with Peers who were looking for team fit.
