Entretien
It was super easy. I received an email asking for me to come in for an interview. I met with the DM that week. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. We connected really well. I got a phone call the next week offering me a job!

Standard questions. Nothing out of the norm. He did ask me to go out onto the sales floor and write out some opportunities I found in the store. That was fun.

Entretien
The interview was held by way of zoom. No method for sending the link was communicated in advance so I was a few minutes late after reaching out via the only contact method I had up until that point, which was not the method they chose for sending the link. The actual interview seemed simple enough, relaxed with all the usual store manager questions. Upon completion I was told they would be in touch by the next week. Ghosted afterwards, never heard from them by any method again.

Be prepared to sell yourself. Know the Company history and Culture. It’s the Beauty industry always look the part. Situational questions will be asked of you. Prepare to explain any gaps in employment history.
