I was called in for an interview with very standard questions. It was very casual. Didn't receive a callback but my friend who worked there told me they'd decided not to hire me. Then about a month after the interview, I guess they changed their mind. Started right away.

Over the phone and fairly easy. The hiring manager at the time was nice and made the interview comfortable. She asked me about my work history and why I was currently looking for work.

First I received a phone call from the store manager, then I was interviewed in person in the store’s back room by the store manager and the assistant store manager.

Very informal, was hired on the spot same day based on my availability, which I know now was a red flag because they were desperately trying to fill the spot of someone who just quit.
