MS teams, panel of two managers. Recruiter set up the call. Simple and straightforward. Not highly structured, more of a casual conversation. There were two rounds of interviews, but I had one extra call with the director of the PMO.

2 senior managers were present and they were very pleasant, the interview was structured and converstational, they made me feel at ease but they did not expand on the question when it was clear that I did not answer the question fully but clearly knew the answer
It was a two-step interview process - first with senior management and then with peers who would be my potential new colleagues in different departments. It was friendly with typical interview questions.
