After two lengthy phone interviews, I visited onsite and met with nine people individually. It took me the entire day without so much as a bathroom break, and they didn't follow up to even reject me. I gave them a lot of insight after preparing and researching thoroughly beforehand. I felt they used my interview as a free strategic planning consultation. I'm glad I didn't land it because I am happy with the role I now lead.
