They did interviews over zoom, and two interviewers were asking questions. The interview took about half an hour, and the interviewers were very friendly. They asked good questions and were very respectful people.

One meeting, asked behavioral type questions for a college graduate. It was a casual conversation, they mentioned moving up in the company fairly quick considering my college degree. Later did not meet this expectation

Waste of time, they called my reference and told them they planned to offer me the position and were going to invite me for a tour. Then after spending nearly 2 hours with them on said tour, they ghosted me. Between my initial interview and the tour I wasted 3 hours of my time and they didn’t have the courtesy to return my message on the status of my application after a week
