I participated in two interviews at CC - a panel screening round and a case study. I received a lot of positive feedback from my case study interview, and was verbally offered a position below what I applied for (Sustainability Consultant), with a starting salary of about $30k less that what I communicated was my desired minimum starting salary before my first interview was scheduled. I had two negotiation conversations with one of the interviewers and HR, and then was never called back. I followed up twice with HR and was never contacted again.
