Very simple, I had a phone screen with the main recruiter and then had a Skype follow up interview with two current employees about their work to see if I would be a good fit before being extended an offer.

The hiring process consisted of a phone interview followed by a two-hour in person interview with multiple staff members. There were role- playing scenarios, including a simulated call to a member. No matter what the position is, everyone is expected to do some organizing.
