Interview was ok, but afterwards they process felt rushed. I got an offer very quickly, with only 1.5 business days to review. I never met the hiring manager, and had several outstanding questions that they would not fully address before they became less responsive and ultimately gave someone else the job. They did not explain why the job posting did not align with in-office expectations for my location, and never answered my questions about in-office culture/what to expect. Based on this experience, I do not feel this company values people in this position or their employees at large. Really embarrassing for Corpay for me to go back to my former colleague that referred me to say that their company was shady about WFH v In-person and meeting the hiring manager so they never reissued an offer to me.
