I thought the company was great for what they did and everything. I submitted the application in January and got a preliminary phone screening around the first week of February. Later in February I was asked to schedule another phone interview, and by the time I was scheduled to interview they had already extended the offer to another candidate. So overall, I would say that their process is cancerous and unprofessional.
1 to 1 interview. easy process. I was asked to explain about my research and the reason I am interested in this company. Also, I was asked about my graduation plans.

They scheduled an interview phone screening and asked me basic questions. All of them being behavioral. They asked me why i want to work there, and what makes me a good candidate.

Entretien
The interviewer called me to assess whether or not I could do the basic tasks of the job, what my qualifications are, my start dates, etc. It was pretty much straightforward, said that I would be called again by two managers and that that would be the only further steps.
