I got a random call by the recruiter three weeks after applying for the position. This was a week before Thanksgiving and I never heard back. Why disturb someone's peace in the holidays for a position you are not really trying to fill? The recruiter only reached out through the phone and never through email so I could not even follow up. It seems to me that he was obligated to meet a call quota. Basically a waste of time. This is the second position I have applied for the company and I get ignored even though I have relevant experience. No idea what they want. Not applying again.
