Entretien
The interview process consisted of a video phone interview with the Recruiter. The second interview was with the hiring manager. Then, an onsite interview with business leaders and lastly a video interview with the HR leader.

The interview process was multiple steps throughout 2.5 weeks. Recruiter phone screen, Hiring Manager Interview (In person), Interview with peers (virtual), interview with cross functional teams (virtual), presentation and interview with Leadership Team (In person).

Entretien
Initial contact was promising, then limited within a couple weeks. Was told by the recruiter I would be a good fit, then was sort of ghosted. I reached out but didn’t receive any real feedback. Sounded like they were considering not filling the role but then it continued to be posted. Would have appreciated just direct feedback telling me I wasn’t qualified or wasn’t being considered.
