Started with an HR screening. Very forward, said that management doesn’t have much time to answer questions on the job. Sounded like an unsupportive atmosphere.
I had an interview with a VP, he asked personal questions unrelated to the role. A bit strange. He was really trying to sell the role, when I gave my expected salary (well within the budget from the posting) he said “money isn’t everything”.
The technical interview was with an engineer without a camera on. It’s hard to get a gage on what he wants in an answer without seeing his face.
Throughout the experience I was getting positive feedback so I expected to move forward. I followed up with HR a week later, said they went with another candidate.
Overall I would recommend against applying here unless you really need a job and are willing to take a pay cut.

Call with a recruiter - Described company culture and basically explained that their culture is like a startup and I shouldn't expect much help or documentation and that they are looking for a "self-starter". Recruiter explained how it's important the candidate understands their work culture so that they don't get shocked and leave after a year. Their work culture seemed unpleasant, recruiter not super friendly.
