FOUR interviews. Yes, you read that correctly. First a quick chat with HR. Then a chat with head of strategy. Then an interview in Atlanta. Then yet another interview in Atlanta where I was asked to give a very large presentation with only 1 week to prepare. Now, I must be getting old - but this was an excessive amount of interviewing - and a lot of work for top tier candidates who have full-time jobs and are hyper engaged in their communities. If I were a top tier candidate - I would look elsewhere. Team seemed very young and lacking in sophistication about what workplace strategy is. Very poor communication to wrap up the interview process - after a tremendous lift on my side. Would not recommend.
