The overall interview process wasn’t difficult but unfortunately they have yet to master to candidate communication piece even after being in business as long as they have been. Even after with two follow up emails I was ghosted for absolutely no reason and with zero insight provided such as another candidate was selected or the role was paused for the time being - nothing. I would encourage those taking their job search seriously to stay away from this company until they’re able to get a handle on candidate management.
