The interview process was casual and easy. I met with the Studio Manager once at the studio, discussed my experience and skills, and then learned more about the role and what my day-to-day would look like.

It was quick and easy and fun! I appreciated how kind and patient the interviewer was. This is a great company. They wanted to make sure I was committed to helping Corepower, which I was. It went very smoothly.

Had a few conversations with the manager and they were looking to move an instructor from a teaching position to a teaching and managerial role. It was a very easy process because it was basically just a promotion.
