Cordial acts very quickly (no kidding). The process one of the smoothest, most efficient I've ever been apart of. It was split into four interviews total with the first being one-hour and the other three being 30 minutes each. I met with someone from each department. What surprised me the most was I got to meet with a software engineer, someone who actually builds the product! In my opinion, this is a good indicator for synergy within the company. I was suppose to speak to one more person, but due to scheduling conflicts we had to reschedule. In the end, I did not speak with the person because an offer was made the following business day! (If you get an on-site interview, I recommend asking about parking validation because it is expensive! I failed to ask myself)
