The Interview process is long. Had a call with the hiring manager who seemed nice but was not sure about the role or its details. The operations team is heavy excel dependent and lacks the vision to adopt newer reporting platforms. Just Excel based stagnant work don't know how long one would like to stay there. Heard many people leave quickly for better avenues that's why they're always hiring
