Applied online originally for the nursing coordinator, next day received an email from a recruiter in Denver asking to set up a phone interview. Did simple phone interview with recruiter who was very nice. Was contacted via email from regional manager to meet for an interview. Went very well (discussed pay, benefits and said he would "love to have me on board as intake specialist instead" since I was "well qualified") and was contacted yet again by the recruiter afterwards to come in for another interview for the intake/admissions position. Met with admissions manager. Interview went very well-took a tour of the office, shown what the computer programs were and was also shown reports. Also, had a sit down with the pharmacy manager. A couple days later I was contacted AGAIN from the recruiter to come in for another interview for a different position, the nursing coordinator. That interview seemed to go well too. A week and a half went by-didn't hear anything, so I emailed the recruiter who then told me I was not selected for either position. I was very upset to have multiple interviews and to have the managers go into depth showing me reports, programs, emails etc ...all to not get hired.
