A very long process. It started with a recruiter named Michael who seemed very cool and explained everything. I then met with the hiring manager and passed that round. I was then told that I would need to meet with the CRO but since I had a job offer they put me through the mock presentation round. You pick a product, assign titles and who is who. I was then provided feedback. The only negative response is that it sounded scripted. I will take that any day since minimal information was provided on actual expectations, what you're being graded on etc. I was told I would know by end of week and this didn't happen. I was then sent an email from Michael that was VERY confusing that stated basically to take the job offer that they were still interviewing. 14 days later, I sent them an email only to find that they went with someone else, which is truly heartbreaking.. but looking back at the process, I shouldn't have invested as much time as I did, and the process wasn't professional. All of the reviews I've read is 100% accurate.. it sucks because I actually saw potential.
