The whole interview process was very professional and friendly. First interview was with Matt from HR and it is about my professional background. After that i had an interview with general manager. It is deeper into my professional experience, my technical and project management skills, and capabilities. After that i had an interview with Managing Director and it is about more why I want to this job and how can I contribute to this business. The whole process was very effective, and they are really friendly and understanding people of everything. Matt especially helps me a lot of the whole process and his feedback mechanism is really fast and effective. And i am very glad now to be a part of the team.
