1. Phone screen 2. HR interview 3. interview with the Law Clerk Manager and head of HR Pretty standard interview process over around 1 month Phone and HR people were pretty friendly and open but the two higher ups were kind of intimidating (they didn't smile at all during the 1 hour interview)

Thorough process, 2 interviews, cognitive and emotive tests. Interviewers put me at ease. Very friendly staff. Initial interview held via zoom whereas second interview held at office. Expectations included high GPA, high score on cognitive test, experience in retail or related areas, and possibly volunteering at CLC or legal experience.
