The questions assessed my abilities to follow instructions, think critically, work collaboratively, to stand up for safety concerns, and my perspective on leadership. The overall interview lasted about 20 minutes and there was a written portion that covered some of the same stuff.

Business casual type of interview, very relaxed and friendly. I would recommend applying for a temporary job or long term career. I only did one interview but I think they can elect to do up to 3.
