I applied online and heard back about a month later. The process included an initial intro interview followed by a conversation with a VP. Overall, the experience felt disorganized—there didn’t seem to be a clear vision for the role, and expectations shifted throughout the process. Communication was inconsistent, which added to the uncertainty. Ultimately, I didn’t receive an offer, but given the company’s largely negative Glassdoor reviews, I had already been questioning whether leaving my current role for this opportunity would have been the right move.
