Phone screen with management and human resources then in-house technical presentation with Q&A afterward with management and human resources. Then I ate lunch with the entire team to see how I would interact with the group. The follow up from HR with the offer was fairly quick from the in-house interview (less than 2 weeks).

Questions were asked throughout my technical presentation that I answered along the way. Most of the questions were technical in nature and One specific question was: How comfortable are you running your own statistics?
