OMG finally interviewers who are more interested in my job skills than vibe checking me. I do highly specialized work, and these were the first people in months of interviews who actually knew what my role entails. It was a great interview, and the conversation flowed easily. They did ask a few standard behavioral questions pertaining to past work experiences as well.
