Quite a formal panel interview on Zoom with three senior staff members including the CEO, all male. Was asked quite specific questions on their current programming, strategy and audiences, as well as more general questions about why I am right for the role and more skills-based questions. I found some of the questions required a high level of knowledge about the programming, which was tough. Some questions were long and a little complex in wording. Had to answer around 8 questions in around 45 minutes. They called me that day to tell me that they were not going to offer it to me.
