I applied online. Had an initial phone screen, comprising of a couple of rounds - Coding & Values / Behavioral. Subsequently, the on-site consisted of Coding, System Design & Technical Deep Dive (presenting an impactful project I was involved in). Upon receiving an offer, I met few different teams to identify a good match. Narrowed my search to a particular initiative & spoke with few leaders in that space. The overall interview experience was extremely pleasant. The interviewers were talented & very courteous. The process was very efficient! Had the pleasure of working with the best recruiter in the industry!

I really enjoyed the interview process and talking to folks at Convoy. It was the best interview process I went through during my search. It felt both reasonably challenging, but not too focused on things like leetcode. Everyone was very friendly and personable and I enjoyed that the behavioral questions asked things like "what is one of the best colleagues that you have worked with and why?". The recruiter also provided feedback on how I did after my first two interviews which was really great. I ultimately chose another company, but would highly recommend anyone interview here.
