Process lasted months, and at times Convoy would go dark for weeks. Process seemed to be going fine but ended abruptly. Convoy seems disorganized and unclear as to what they want in candidates. Interview process is much too long for the proposed compensation. Would not recommend.

This was a very smooth process and I felt like they wanted me to win from the very beginning. They seem to really value and care about their employees. I can tell they take their core values seriously.

Very unprofessional and tacky I've lost respect for the company and dont ever care to never work for them ever. Offer good pay but has poor communication skills. Ran my background and never followed up. I had to span them with emails. UNPROFESSIONAL, LACK ETHICS.
