Interview Process is very confusing. They even don't know what to ask in an interview and on what parameters to judge and they never ask what is required to perform the job. In the coding interview if you have a mistake they will give you wrong suggestion to fix it and later you will see that was one word mistake When ask for feedback, they will say Ok we would take another interview , but that is just for namesake. if you perform well , since they don't want to hire you, they will tell you different stories.
