First, they came to me in a bit of a rush to take a call on the same day for an interview with a recruiter, the usual questions and saying they were in a bit of a hurry to hire, that their process is fast, and so on. Then they get back to me a month later that they were "ready" for the next step, 2nd interview happened about a week later (plus one month from the first one). Mixed interview with personal aspects and a lot of technical questions, a pretty long 1h interview. Then they said it was time for the technical interview, and scheduled for a week after, which was in reality a pretty long unfinishable 90m live coding challenge, they "want to see how far you get". After another several weeks, they mentioned that it was time for the "cultural fit" interviews, but they had to schedule yet with the directors, at this point, the whole process was already going on for about 2 months, and after spending several hours they never got back with any feedback. Overall, a pretty long and exhaustive process, and in the end, a complete waste of time.
